Fantastic house, located in Vilamoura close to the golf course and the center of Vilamoura.

House with large spaces, fully equipped: fireplace, sofa and sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD, Internet and satellite channels, BBQ Private pool, terrace.



One of the double bedrooms is en-suite with a hydro massage shower cabin and has a balcony overlooking the pool.



Ideal for those who like to enjoy a stay in a calm place and in a luxurious house, tastefully decorated in an "Oriental" style.



All rooms give access to a beautiful garden, with a dining area, barbecue, sun loungers and swimming pool. Also in the garden we can see an "Oriental" style decoration.

Perfect place for a bunch of guys 👍

The only thing that lets the villa down is that it’s not in the sun by the pool but has a good sun terrace to make up for that 👍

Lovely family villa

We arrived 5 hours early and were allowed to leave our suitcases inside the villa whilst they cleaned . The villa is spacious , clean and has everything we needed . The pool is smaller than it looks but still adequate . The furnishings were lovely and everything worked . The roof terrace was lovely, perfect for sunbathing . Uber all found the villa easy . Our transfer from airport for 8 people was £60 each way . Nearest shop was at old village where there was also bars and cafes and the tourist train stops there or you can walk to jaffers by the marina . Hilton just around the corner if you fancy a really nice breakfast ..... also can get the tourist train from here ...... I stay in vilamoura 3 or 4 times a year and this villa offers really good value for money and I would def recommend it

Stay in Vilamoura

Visited for 11 days in April . Villa itself is about 30 minute walk from Marina, so a nice if you enjoy a walk in the day. Overall villa was clean and a good size. Had all the equipment needed in kitchen. Pool was a good size compared to may villas we have stayed at. However looses sun towards mid afternoon. The pool itself was freezing cold, but expected to not be warm going in April. The reasons I did not give 5 stars. Beds were quite hard and became uncomfortable after a few nights. Also the sofa in front room very cheap and felt as of you was sitting on the floor. When booking the villa its stated in description that there was a hot tub. This was a big draw to us as we knew the pool may be to cold to use. When arriving there wasnt one at all. When asking the company they stated that there was some misunderstanding, and it would removed from the site. So we was left a bit annoyed being misled, nothing was offered apart from there apologies. Stayed in Vilamoura a few times, and wouldn't stay here again, there is alot cheaper options which are within a closer distance to the marina.

Not a pleasant stay, villa needs new furniture and a good clean.

Awful experience, the villa is dirty, furniture is old and broken, the pool has tiles falling off and broken filter cover, the kitchen doesn’t have enough glasses and everything which is there is chipped, the roof terrace is full of even older furniture and not somewhere you would want to sit, which is a shame as you loose the sun around the pool area at 3pm everyday. It could be a lovely villa and it’s a real shame it’s been left to deteriorate so badly - it’s most certainly not a luxury villa by any stretch! If your looking for luxury go elsewhere! Property owners can’t help much as they blame the owners for everything - I feel sorry for them as they have to take the brunt of the complaints but they don’t help themselves by saying they already know of all the problems!

Even better than the pics

We had loads of space, it was easy to get to local amenities and for cabs to find to head into vilamoura. Had to keep an eye out with kids around the pool but that is just part of the fun. Great villa
