Talk Derby to me! Come attend the world’s most exciting 2 minutes of horse racing at the Kentucky Derby, in our beautiful home, located just 8 miles from Churchill Downs. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has all you need to enjoy your stay. 2 master suites! The first-floor master bedroom is very spacious with a remote-controlled King-size bed that has multiple, adjustable settings and massage. Attached is the master bath with soaking tub and heated floors. Double vanity and closed off toilet room. The walk-in shower has an oversized rainfall spout overhead, body sprays, and corner seat for your enjoyment. There is a spacious walk-in closet, with a vanity and plenty of room to get styled in comfort. The downstairs master suite has a Queen-size bed with attached full bathroom. Beautiful tile and marble countertop. The other 2 bedrooms have full-size beds and one has a twin trundle bed. There is an additional full bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen boasts a beautiful island with granite counter tops and all the appliances, utensils, and gadgets you need to create delicious meals. There is a bonus room on the main level that exits to the patio where you will find an outdoor dining set and charcoal grill (charcoal provided). Next to that is a gorgeous, covered deck with outdoor seating and TV to wind down after a long day at the track! The lower level has a wet bar, mini fridge and accessible laundry room. TV’s are in both master suites and the upper and lower level living areas. The home also possesses a large, beautiful, front porch with a swing and additional comfortable seating. There's also a queen-size air mattress if you have a few extra guests.
