There was a large stain on one of the beds. Cigarette burns on the other. The floors were greasy, sticky and dirty. I couldnt even wear socks in the room. The walls are paper thin, i heard EVERYTHING as if it was happening in my room. Also...some of the guests were slamming doprs ridiculously hard ALL night long. Wont be staying there again.

As per other guest slamming doors, is not in our control. if you would have asked the front desk staff member, they would have been happy to shift you in another room. I been here over a month and still paying taxes and not supposed to be when you stay at a hotel for more than 30 days u don't get charged taxes no more and I am still being charged I know this cause I live in hotel 2 years now

The price keeps going up and the room not worth it and I been here a month now and hotel supposed to stop charging you taxes and they won't do that for me. I know because I live in one for 2 years

Charged $690 for 2 nights during Kentucky Derby. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Very noisy all hours of the night and you could see daylight in the gap of front door. They charged me an extra $100 on top of the $690. For what I have no idea. What a mess!

The pictures on Expedia are not at all the rooms that are actually in the hotel. I got that at shift change to check in. The man coming on shift was so rude to the off going staff. It was strangely uncomfortable. The rooms are not clean—there was stuff on the walls & hairs in the bathtub.

We booked 2 rooms for the Derby and felt so unsafe we only stayed one night. There was so much smoking and illegal drugs wafting into the rooms, very very loud, the rooms were dirty including hair in the sheets, lights that did not turn off. Scary

Your safety is our priority. The police would have been called if you had to endured that much of disturbance. It was the Kentucky derby, and everyone were in the festive mood that weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Morel 6 in Jeffersonville is very clean. A very quiet environment. Safe and secure. Staff goes above & beyond. Friendly and curtious. I recommend this hotel establishment for anyone. They just had the parklng lot paved and redone. Looks good. The room are clean and neat.

Only came here because it was conveniently near the KFC Yum center for my bday weekend. Traveled 2.5hrs away to this....the room tho was of ample size but it smelled like a complete ashtray, was dirty with hair on the bathroom floor...crap on the toilet...dirt in the sink...trash on the floor under the air conditioner. The shower curtain was held together with duct tape and there was only a bar of soap 😆 Nowhere in the descriptions did it say near a poor area or known to be a frequent visit with cops. Had people walking and constantly talking outside our door and pounding on walls. Went to get another pillow from the front desk and the clerk was crappy and handed us a DIRTY pillow. They were too lucky that the husband and I were too tired to fight at 1 am but I did give then the full load of issues when we checked out. They required a $100 deposit when checking in....that they apparently don't use it to repair. Won't come back because no one there wanted to make it right....i just got "I'll let management know."...

The employee was very disrespectful and dishonest.I told him that nothing in the room was working except the running water and an overhead light.I asked him not to charge my card because I was leaving the hotel to find another place to stay and he had already charged my card without permission and was refusing to refund my money back to me.I asked to speak to his manager and when he finally decided to contact him I was told that I would have to deal with it tomorrow. I finally ended up driving back to my city

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Not a nice area! People in and out all night. Can hear people in rooms surrounding you! Very run down! King bed -two pillows! One bar of soap- no shampoo, lotion. Shower curtain falling off, toilet so scratched up wasn’t sure if there were feces on the seat! Room presented clean until you look closer. No breakfast, coffee, juice. Sorry, for your experience at Motel 6. If we were aware while your stay, our staff would have replaced the room for you. Also, the staff would have called the local police department for the nuisance. As we are transitioning from management to another. I want to assure you with a good hospitality service next time you are in our area. Please come and experience our service of serving you. once again sorry, our brand does not serve breakfast, only coffee from 6-10am.

This was an average hotel but the area sort of scary at night. Didn’t have a remote for tv and finally got one we were asleep. Only two small pillows for 2 double beds had to request more. Very friendly staff is only good thing

Our room had no deadbolt lock, no remote for the tv, no smoke detector, it’s smelled terrible, the shower curtain rod was installed backwards and there was no plug to use the bath. Will never stay again.

Defination of Motel
While the room was decent at first glance upon further inspection this stay lacked. The towels were very stained. One of the sheets on the bed had some unknown substance in it. My stay lasted 4 days and I was told the only way for me to get a trash bag to replace the full one I had was to leave the room for them to clean it. They adamantly refused to provide the basics. Upon check-in I was all but instructed to pay it in cash. At 10am I was all but rushed out of my room because the cleaners were ready to clean my room. Even though checkout is at 11am. After being basically forced out early I go to retrieve my $100 deposit. They misplaced the envelope they had put the money in. Not the best experience.

The hotels bathroom was really nasty sheets was not clean. There was people running up and down the hallway, slamming doors all night long, and there was a fire outback of the hotel and the fire department had to make us leave.

Dangerous for women, do not stay here. A persons short hair was all over my pillow, bedding was clearly not changed. Doors were flimsy and it’s the first time in a while I’ve felt scared to be somewhere. Had “missing persons” poster in the lobby so that’s the greeting you get when you walk in. Definitely felt like a place people could go missing from. Sketchy people outside all night laughing and talking and being loud. At a dead end street and felt dangerous.
