*No visitors unless pre-approved by the host.

*Exterior cameras only (parking area & front door). No interior or backyard cameras.

*Dome use: Not recommended during hot summer months.

*No early check-in / late check-out on same-day turnovers.

*When available: $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), full night rate (>4 hrs).

*House-trained pets are welcomed. We do charge $300 for 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 50lbs max weight limit each).
