I could't sleep well because of noisy air conditioning fan. I guess this hotel is very old and not renovated at all. Also I found blood stain on bed cover. I don't recommend!!!

Great stay
We had a great stay. I took a bunch of college kids on a geology field trip. The guy who checked us in was super helpful. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

We found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. The only issue was how hard the bed was. We stayed 2 nights and woke up both days with back pains. Probably good for most but not for me and my wife.

Perfect location, great amenities and spacious room that our excellently clean. Tony the night shift worker was always friendly on our return each night & morning of check out. Housekeeping super friendly & helpful. Breakfast lady a bit grumpy which made breakfast a little unwelcoming.

My wife and i have stayed at this Hotel several time while visiting Clarksville and Louisville over the years and have never been disappointed. The staff was excellent

The front desk clerk was rude and kept telling me that my credit card was declined and I had no reservation. The room she gave me after 35 minutes of waiting was dirty/musty/smelly-like someone smoked in it and the bathroom had hair in the shower . I ended up not staying there and reserving a room at Home 2 Suites 1/4 mi away , and it was 1,000 times better and cleaner and felt safer.

I am sorry about your experience at the front desk. I can assure you that it is not standard to find someone at our hotel who isn’t helpful. We strive to ensure our front desk agents and other team members know how much we value your business. As we just updated to a new system my staff is still learning how to do and find things.
