'Hosts treated us like family! Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beds were great, had all the essentials, and was right on the river. Covered porch and side porch were great to relax on when the rains came thru. Overall great stay here, and would absolutely book again! Elisha is one of the best hosts I've ever interacted with! She helped us out with a number of things that came up on our end and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! '

'We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Very clean in all areas. Great shower, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the welcome basket to a “just in case you forgot something” basket. Hated the weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy the decks and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. '

'Great stay. We were in town for Rock the Country. The place was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed while there. The area was quiet and the beds were comfy. There was no cell service (T-Mobile) but we had great WiFi.The owner was easy to work with, let us check in early once it had been cleaned, quick to respond to messages. We were sent all of our check in info the night before. We will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the area! '

'This estate was a perfect family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The host gave important information in a timely manner and the housekeeper answered questions quickly and precisely. The place is kept up and nestled in a beautiful location. Three of the family members played golf one night. Two family members enjoyed runs and the rest explored hiking. 'Despite a couple of issues "Homeplace" was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I am a veteran so I have been to a number of locations. Becky answered my texts promptly. More importantly I had some difficulty locating the home. I didn't realize I was only a few blocks away. Becky answered my call and gave the directions to the house.
