Olive Cottage is the perfect place to get away, relax and enjoy the best of the Santa Ynez Valley.

Features include: (2) bedrooms, king size beds, comfortable mattresses and high quality linens. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and an attached bathroom with tiled showers.
Great room includes a full kitchen, dining area and living room with a Smart TV...opening onto a private patio with a large "olive" tree and fountain.

Excellent location

Stayed for a few nights of wine tasting and golf. Location was perfect, walk to many places with wine tasting & walked to dinners every night. Lots of cute shops for clothes and souvenirs. Great golf course close by - unit was clean, fully equipped and perfect for 2 couples, especially since there were 2 primary suites - one upstairs and one downstairs. Lovely patio for evening cocktails. Would highly recommend.

Olive Bliss!

Loved our stay! The cottage is in an ideal location for anyone wanting to be in the center of Los Olivos. The cottage had plenty of space for the four of us. It features a large living area and two large bedrooms. The one upstairs is especially spacious. The cottage is well decorated, clutter free, and very clean. We hope to stay again soon.

Excellent location, lovely house

Home exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, location and layout. It’s on a quiet street just around the corner from a row of winery tasting rooms and about a 5-minute walk to the center of town. Kitchen is well-appointed, with newer tableware and cutlery, a sparkling clean fridge and dishwasher. Living room and 2 bedrooms each have a flat screen tv with access to streaming apps. There’s a lovely olive tree in the patio, but we didn’t use the space because the floor was covered with fallen fruit. I didn’t notice the outdoor push broom until the day we had to check out, but not a big deal. Instructions from property manager were clear and everything worked. Highly recommended the property and would stay there again given how positive our experience was.

Excellent!!!

This property is fantastic. Such a bargain for what you get. Both bedrooms are very roomy and so are the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well appointed. Super clean and the surrounding area is very quiet. Would definitely recommend. Just booked again for 2025!

Clean, beautiful and unbeatable location

Went for a girls wine weekend with a friend. The house smelled SO clean upon entering. The decor was beautiful with no clutter. Beds were comfortable, patio was cute. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking (although we certainly didn’t do any cooking!), including a bottle of wine from a local winery. We wouldn’t shut up all weekend about how amazing the location was. Literally steps to all of the downtown wineries, best coffee shop in town right across the street. I have been to Los Olivos many times and was hoping to show my first-timer friend a wonderful time and this house was just perfect. Would also be amazing for two couples. I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else in the area again.

Great cottage in perfect location

Quaint cottage steps away from tasting rooms & restaurants. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & nice cozy shaded patio. Had some issues with opening & closing the French doors which we communicated to property manager but we really never heard back from them. Overall we loved the Olive Cottage & would definitely stay there again.

Loved the cottage. The code for the door on my confirmation was different from one emailed to me. Took a little time to get in. All perfect but the upstairs air conditioning did not work. It was in the 90’s so uncomfortable. Fortunately, the night was cool so we could sleep.

Lovely Cottage - Incompetent Manager

The cottage appeared as promised. Perfect for two couples. Rooms are large and well appointed. French doors off living room to outside were not able to be locked. In communication with MICHAEL, the property liaison, he stated that the front gate locks and no one else had complained and the neighborhood is safe. He showed no interest whatsoever in offering any other safety measures to secure the french doors. He knew they didn't lock as he stated the item needed to secure the doors was on order. I found his communication condescending and very unprofessional. I would fire him immediately. The VRBO description included Direct TV. When asked about this, MICHAEL said they had"moved away from Direct TV" Again, he made it my fault for wanting it because I should have an alternate watching system to enter my code. Disgraceful customer service. I did not get what I paid for -- a safe and secure home with the amenities advertised. VRBO should be aghast at the representation they have allowed for this lovely property.
