Outside is where it all comes together. The patio is set up for long, easy evenings: fire pit, BBQ, lounge seating, heat lamps for cooler nights, umbrellas for the bright afternoons, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Climb to the rooftop deck for sweeping views of the coastline, the mountains behind the city, and the lights that come up once the sun drops.

When you're ready to wander, the beachfront path is right outside for a walk or bike north toward the Venice Pier. The Venice Canals make for a scenic stroll, Abbot Kinney's boutiques and restaurants are a quick ride up, and the calm water at Mother's Beach and the harborside cafes near Fisherman's Village round out a stretch of coast that's equal parts laid-back and alive.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: Long-term resident on property. A long-term tenant lives on-site with a separate entrance and private living space that is not part of your rental. You may occasionally see or hear them coming and going. Please respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- The exterior door in the twin bedroom/office leads to the neighboring tenant’s unit and must remain closed and cannot be opened by guests.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
