2. LATE CHECK-OUTS - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late check-outs may be handled by our partnered cleaning company.
3. OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Use yellow towels to wipe shoes or anything dirty.
4. PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.
5. PARKING - Please park at your own risk. Neither the homeowners nor the managing team shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle.
6. NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel is lost or stolen.
7. Always shut off the AC/Heater and light when you are away.
8. $100 per dog per stay. Max 3 dogs
9. Event allowed 20 max, not overnight stay until 9 pm. A $100 extra cleaning fee applies
