The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large living area with two sofa beds and a sleeping chair. The combined living, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, dining table, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.



A special highlight is the spacious, covered terrace with sea view. It is 50 m² large, equipped with seating furniture, loungers and a private outdoor grill – perfect for shared meals outdoors or relaxed hours with a view of the surroundings.



In the garden of the house, guests have access to sun loungers, parasols, and a children's sandpit. In addition, there is a barbecue area in the outdoor area as well as free parking directly at the house. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, electricity, and water are included in the price.
