Experience relaxing holiday days in this bright and comfortable holiday apartment in a quiet holiday home on the sunny island of Rab. The 35 m² apartment offers space for up to 4 people and impresses with its thoughtful equipment and a furnished balcony with a beautiful view of nature.



The air-conditioned living kitchen is modern furnished and features a dining table for 4 persons, a practical sofa bed, satellite TV as well as access to the balcony. The well-equipped cooking area includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4-plate stove, filter coffee machine and kettle - ideal for self-catering after a day at the beach.



The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a single bed, also with balcony access. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A children's bed can be provided upon request. Further equipment includes a communally used washing machine. Pets are welcome (fees may apply).



The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area without through traffic, embedded in Mediterranean nature. The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 100 meters away, the famous Paradise Beach of San Marino is approximately 1.2 kilometers away. You can reach the town center of Lopar with a supermarket, restaurants, and other amenities within a few minutes' walk.



In the outdoor area of the house, Mediterranean plants invite you to relax, and after consultation, you can use the barbecue facilities for sociable evenings. Free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
