'This house became our home for our time in Chattanooga. here was plenty of space for our family of six. I enjoyed working out on the back patio and my son enjoyed walking to the river to fish. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. The beds were so comfortable! So many amenities! We’d definitely book again!'

'The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. 'Beautiful home. Particularly loved the rooftop sitting area. I received a prompt response to any communication sent. Check in/out was simple and easy. Overall, I loved staying there. Location was convenient to getting where I wanted to go. The only downside is the street can get a bit noisy at times. Then again, I live in a area where there isn't much noise & it could be I'm just not used to it. Still, 5 stars!'

'We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use.
