« We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10. »

« Everything was better than described. Communication was great. Cute & cozy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of board games and TV channels if you want to stay in. Didn't use the hot tub, but it smelled clean and was in good condition. The neighborhood was so quiet and felt very safe. There is a bus stop across the street although we didn't ride, an option if you don't have a car. Enjoyed a couple of places Russell recommended on/near Main St. (Wibby...

« Alex and Nina were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The house was quiet and very clean and had things we needed - nice to not need to shop for essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We appreciated the privacy, even being on a corner. And parking was easy off the alley. It was exactly what we needed for our family visit. We were also grateful for the A/C - having the hot summer days it was the perfect relief at to cool off and recharge. Thank you! »

« The experience was everything we needed it to be. We were in Longmont to visit our new baby granddaughter who was in the NICU. We were looking for easy. Working with Chad was easy - he was responsive and friendly. The location was easy - easy to get around town and to get to the highway. Easy to enjoy - modern, stylish and comfortable.hope it is available every time we are in town. »

« My 8yo and I stayed at this property throughout the month of June. The house was perfect. Close to downtown Longmont and easily accessible to Boulder, Lyons, and Fort Collins. Michelle was a responsive host who made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and property was as described. Already planning my next trip back. »
