« We love the location and the units. It’s not a high rise so you don’t park in a huge parking lot far away from where you are staying. It’s a few steps from the beach. The rooms are updated with new appliances and furnishings. I use to stay here in the 70’s. We love having a kitchen and also a short drive to grocery stores and other places to shop and explore. Beach chairs and beach pull carts are available. All units have screen porches. »

« Location was perfect for the beach access we were looking for. The unit was small with a few minor glitches, but it was clean.The property and pool were well mantained and there were no issues with check-in. »

« I have stayed at resorts and condos at st Pete beach, this is my favorite of them all. Quiet neighborhood and clean without the riff raff and traffic of other parts of the beach. You walk outside, you go left past three houses and you are at beach access ramp, three houses to the right and you are on the bay front. Restaurants, all blocks away including the wharf where we had dinner almost every night and paradise grille (on the water) for lunch and breakfast. Location is amazing. The studio/eff...

« We were under the impression that we could have our boat readily available as photos showed boat lift however its not available to anyone but owners. We brought the boat and had to keep on the trailer, no one wants barnicles. »
