Smoking is permitted on the patio, JUST not inside the villa. You may smoke away from the building and in car park area.

It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover against medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc.

Please note, that the standard rate applies to three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of six guests. The fourth bedroom is unlocked only when a seventh guest is confirmed, in line with the Extra Guest Policy.
