Located on the fourth floor, the apartment accommodates up to four guests across two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as either a super king-size bed or twin beds, offering added flexibility for different guest groups. There are two modern bathrooms: one features a bathtub with an overhead shower, while the second offers a spacious walk-in shower.

Designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, the apartment combines warm wood flooring, soft neutral tones and modern grey furnishings to create a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Modern lighting, elegant artwork and carefully selected decorative touches add character, while large windows fill the open-plan living space with natural light.

North Greenwich is one of London’s most exciting riverside neighbourhoods, combining contemporary architecture, cultural attractions and entertainment with easy access to central London. The O₂ is nearby, offering major concerts, live entertainment, restaurants, bars, outlet shopping, a cinema and the memorable Up at The O₂ rooftop climbing experience. Guests can also ride the IFS Cloud Cable Car across the Thames, explore the creative Design District, visit NOW Gallery or follow The Tide, an elevated riverside walkway featuring public art and landscaped spaces.

The Greenwich Peninsula offers an excellent selection of places to eat and drink. Charlton Station is around a fifteen-minute walk away and also provides National Rail services into the city. North Greenwich Underground Station is approximately sixteen to twenty minutes away on foot and is served by the Jubilee line, providing direct connections to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Waterloo, Westminster and the West End. The nearby IFS Cloud Cable Car also travels across the Thames to the Royal Docks, offering a scenic route over the river.

*The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography.
*Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
