- River traffic, including boats and vessels passing nearby.

- The property is also next to the London Helipad so when the window is open, if a helicopter is landing noise can be heard. All flights end by 11pm.

- Seasonal events and activities on the river, including music, celebrations, and private parties on boats, particularly during the summer months.

- Road traffic, pedestrians, nightlife, and general activity associated with a central London location.

- Construction, maintenance, or building works in the surrounding area, which may begin or take place at any time and are outside of the host’s control.

- Other unforeseen urban sounds that are typical of a busy city environment.
