By car: From Woolwich, head southeast on Grand Depot Road (A206) toward Woolwich New Road. Continue on the A206 for approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Eynsham Drive, then left onto Brampton Road (A2041). At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Harrow Manorway (A2041) and finally turn right onto Knee Hill.

This prime location makes it easy to reach central London or explore local riverside walks and historic sites.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £200 will be pre-authorised on your card 48 hours prior to check-in. This is fully refundable after your stay, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
