It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two convertible sofa beds, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious homemade meals. A dishwasher, Logik LID60W23, is available for guests.

There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third has a convertible bed that can turn into a double bed.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: Our homes are located next to a train rail, which may result in some noise.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Stratford is known for its dynamic urban landscape, rich history, and excellent transport links, making it a popular choice for residents and visitors. The neighbourhood gained international recognition during the 2012 Summer Olympics when it hosted various events at the Olympic Park. It is now transformed into the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a vast recreational area with green spaces, waterways, and sporting facilities.

Stratford offers a diverse range of attractions and amenities. The Westfield Stratford City shopping centre, one of Europe's largest urban shopping centres, provides an extensive selection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The nearby Stratford High Street also offers a bustling street market and various retail outlets. For culture enthusiasts, the Theatre Royal Stratford East and the Stratford Circus Arts Centre showcase a variety of performances and events throughout the year, adding to the neighbourhood's artistic flair.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Stratford International, is just a 7-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour and 32-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
