Located on the first floor, the apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. A double sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, allowing the property to accommodate up to six guests. There is one bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, with a clean and understated finish that complements the rest of the home.

The apartment is located in Bayswater, on the Queensway and Bayswater side of the neighbourhood and close to the northern edge of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. This is an excellent part of Central London for visitors who want to stay within easy reach of some of the capital's best-known sights while enjoying the atmosphere of a lively residential neighbourhood. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens provide beautiful green spaces for morning walks, leisurely afternoons and time away from the bustle of the city, with attractions including the Serpentine, the Italian Gardens and Kensington Palace within the wider park area.

Queensway is one of Bayswater's liveliest streets, with an international mix of restaurants, cafés and shops. Food lovers will find plenty to explore locally, including Four Seasons and Gold Mine for Cantonese cuisine, while The Park offers an elegant setting for all-day dining. Paddington Station is also around a ten-minute walk from the apartment and provides excellent connections across London and beyond, including the Elizabeth line, additional Underground services and National Rail. With several transport options nearby, guests can easily reach destinations such as Oxford Street, Soho, the West End and other parts of Central London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
