A Home to Relax and Unwind
The living room has a large sectional sofa facing a full-length mirror, with a bay window and a glass dining table set just beside it, so the whole group can eat together. The kitchen is set up for real cooking with a gas hob, oven and a full-size American-style fridge freezer that earns its space when you are catering for more than a couple.

Location
Temple Fortune sits just north of Golders Green, a leafy, well-connected pocket of northwest London with a village feel. Everyday shopping and cafés are within a short walk, and there is green space in every direction when you want it.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat is on the ground floor. Full capacity of 8 relies on the bunk bed in the third bedroom and the living-room sofa bed being in use, so plan sleeping arrangements with that in mind. There is one bathroom shared across the three bedrooms. Check-in is self check-in via a key box on the wall at street level opposite the front door, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm out of respect for the neighbours, and lock all doors and windows when you leave.

Extra charges
Pets are allowed at £50 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 1, so please include any pets when you book. Early and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at a charge of £30 per hour, maximum of 2 hours. Please enquire when completing your check in link.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
