'Goed, enige nadeel was dat er geen wifi was en dat staat wel in de advertentie. En de tuin was niet geheel afgesloten, dat kan nadelig zijn als je een hond bij je hebt. Alles wat je kunt verzinnen wat je nodig hebt in de keuken was aanwezig.'

'We spent a week in Asturias and loved the location of the house. It's on the edge of town and you'll have an unobstructed view of the hills and mountains. Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house was comfortable and everything was as listed. Beatriz was very responsive and attentive. If I had to give a 'con' it would be that the wifi was a little weak.'

'Comfortabel, compleet ingericht huis, mooie omgeving. In het huis liggen allerlei wandelroutes, ook een paar gelijk vanuit het huis. Fuente De ligt op een half uurtje rijden. Silvia is erg aardig maar spreekt geen Engels en wij geen Spaans dus het was veel met handen en voeten praten en met Google dan kom je er uiteindelijk toch wel uit. Het huis is zeker aan te raden!'

'Die Gastgeberin war ganz bezaubernd und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Die Lage ermöglicht es, Kantabrien mit seinen Bergen, den Picos de Europa, Bilbao und seinen wunderschönen Stränden zu erkunden. Wirklich eine Reise wert.'

'This mountain house was positively delightful. While it was in a pretty remote location, the views were breathtaking. It's located in a quaint tiny village on the Cares trail -- definitely bring provisions with you as the kitchen is perfect for cooking meals (and the food is so good in this area it's hard to make a bad meal). 'We stayed for 9 nights at Casa Nel. Nel contacted us before we arrived with details for access by phone. The house is remote, and we had some GPS blips finding it, but in the end, it was easy enough. The house is a two-storey hand-crafted building, possibly a converted barn. It is fitted out with modern appliances, but in a sympathetic way to the building's form. There is a first-floor sitting room with wide aspect windows of the Picos. It is like being in a tree house sitting there...
