The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided."

"Great spacious rooms and good facilities. One thing, there is a racetrack right next to the hotel where they race multiple times a day so the noise was really bothering. In two of our rooms there was a bad smell in the shower. "
