This one of three holiday apartments is located in a separate holiday home in terraced house style with separate access. Quiet location in a side street, approx. 500 metres from the beach. The apartment has a living room (double sofa bed, dining area, TV, radio), bedroom with double bed, kitchenette with 2-ring hob and microwave, shower/WC, central heating. The apartment has a furnished terrace with barbecue and a free car park. Use of a washing machine possible by arrangement. The total price includes: Bed linen, water and energy consumption. You must bring your own towels. Pets: A small dog (not a cat) up to 40 cm in size is allowed in this accommodation. Please bring a mat/sleeping facility (blanket, basket) for your pet.

This apartment has a size of 48 square metres and is located in the middle between apartment 1 and apartment 3.

The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beach at Kölpinsee is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is an interesting place to stay, especially for anglers, thanks to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. From May to October, various events take place in the local spa pavilion overlooking Lake Kölpin. The village also has restaurants and shops, a riding stable and bicycle, boat and beach chair hire.
