« Clean room »

« Un très bel hôtel calme, propre avec une excellente literie. Personnel très aimable »

« There should never be stained furnitures in a hotel: it makes the customer question the cleanness of the room. »

« Excellent »

« Run…run… fast as you can from this place, save your time and money! I’m surprised this place is open for business you have to pay $20 cash to get your key room and I didn’t even stay, I return the key soon as I see how filthy the room was, When I return the key and told the men in the office the room was dirty He told me you can complain much as you want bye! Unbelievable! I had to look for another place to stay »

« Cute, picturesque inn with a great restaurant. Very quiet & relaxing. The staff was friendly but not very many. The room was nice overall. »

« The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The renovations looked okay, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I booked, only to discover it wasn’t available due to renovations. The shower was barely lukewarm, and there wasn’t even a shelf to put my shampoo, conditioner, or other shower essentials. The microwave didn’t work, and I had to wait approximately 45...

« Chambre spacieuse. Des occupants ont l’air de vivre à l’année dans certaines chambres. Les enfants et les parents hurlent dehors par moment. »

« I want to be clear: I love this place! Though it is clearly lacking the proper leadership to truly activate the amenity value add.. the spa services are expensive and be sure to book that dinner or there will not be enough food for you to eat and the area doesn’t have good food. Love the surrounding property / lake / hiking trail.. I’ll continue to come back but bring extra stuff along in my car bc they might not be able to accommodate some of your needs.. »

« Hotel propre à 30 min de woodburry. Propre, petit dej correct sans plus. »

« Les smores La piscine Le happy hour »

« The room was comfortable and incredibly clean. Staff at checkin were very helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed two of the three nights that we stayed. »

« Beautiful place. »

« The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay. »

« I loved our stay here. I would definitely come back. »

« I had a lovely late Summer stay with my son on the way to Cooperstown ! The property and staff and amenities were great. Dinner was awesome, too! »
