'We loved our stay with our 2 children and dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were loads of options for where to eat in walking distance. We parked less than 5 min walk away as there is no specific carpark. The flat we stayed in was super quiet and clean. We had tea/coffee left in the room. Our dog also enjoyed his stay we didnt require the dog bed available as he tends to shred them but it was a nice option to have.'

'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was really good and they even had packed lunches for when we’re out on a day trip. No cell reception (which we thought was a bonus), but (luckily) great WiFi. Showers were mediocre at best, but the beds were great. Area around the hotel is absolutely stunning; there’s beautiful nature right around the corner.'

'We had a peaceful stay in this clean and sweet cabin. We took several walks nearby. No need to drive anywhere, just leave the compound and connect to the hill walk or the Great Glen Way. Perfect and helpful hosts! There was plenty of firewood for the wood burning stove. We are looking forward to staying again when we are in Scotland!'

"The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
