'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was really good and they even had packed lunches for when we’re out on a day trip. No cell reception (which we thought was a bonus), but (luckily) great WiFi. Showers were mediocre at best, but the beds were great. Area around the hotel is absolutely stunning; there’s beautiful nature right around the corner.'

'We only stayed here one night. The cabin was clean and we were presented with some excellent snacks. It was a little small for three adults but would be perfect for a couple. As with most places in Scotland, there is no air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm when we arrived. Thankfully there was a fan to use and during the night it cooled off. 'We had a peaceful stay in this clean and sweet cabin. We took several walks nearby. No need to drive anywhere, just leave the compound and connect to the hill walk or the Great Glen Way. Perfect and helpful hosts! There was plenty of firewood for the wood burning stove. We are looking forward to staying again when we are in Scotland!'

'It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. "The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
