'This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and safe. It’s easy to walk to downtown from here where the pubs and shops are. Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. I highly recommend Ballifeary Guest House. '

'This was a really nice location, only about a mile from downtown Inverness. Aleks was extremely welcoming and it's probably the most pleasant place we stayed at during our trip around northern England and the Highlands. 11/10! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.'

'Very historic, rustic and beautiful older property. It was very quiet and the host Duncan was spectacular! We thought we were going to have to go all the way back to town for dinner. He served us a delicious meal and even dessert. The tubs are unique but functional and warm water after a bit of a warm up. Very comfy, clean and welcoming. '

'Great hostesses! Elegant and at the same time very warm and attentive. You can see they want to deliver a perfect service! The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing with delicious coffee made in a professional Italian coffee maker (it was a very pleasant surprise!), a good variety of cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit salad and more. We'll certainly come back and recommend to our friend and family! '

'Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Very clean room and a delicious breakfast. Had to leave early this morning, before breakfast was open but they very kindly made sure I could still have breakfast. Great service! Location is great, very close to the railway station and city center. Definitely a recommendation for anyone planning to stay in Inverness. '

"Uitzicht op Loch Ness vanuit de eetkamer, loopafstand van de boottocht op Loch Ness, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en ook de netheid van badkamer en slaapkamer, lekker ontbijt, soeveniers winkel daaronder, genoeg parkeerplaatsen. 1 Min punt is dat er geen lift is. voor de rest uitstekend en adembenemend! "
