« The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly. »

« Wir haben das Appartement für 4 Erwachsene gebucht. Wichtig waren für uns die 2 Badezimmer. Das war so vorhanden. Ein Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank und das Badezimmer mit DU extra Badewanne / Waschbecken und WC war direkt verbunden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten ist klein. Hat keinen Kleiderschrank und wenig Platz. Wir waren mit meinen Eltern über 80 Jahre. « This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience! We couldn’t have dreamt for anything more spectacular and what a setting. Everything we needed was here. Fort Augustus was such a busy little village with cafes, gift shops, a couple of pubs. We travelled out on day trips to Drumnadrochit, Fort William, Inverness, Urquhart Castle. Three of the party even climbed to the summit of Ben Nevis. The grounds...

« The stay was nice and the views were absolutely gorgeous but there were a few hiccups. Check out on VRBO showed 11 am but it was actually 10 am. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious and again, the views couldn’t be beat. »
