Apartment S'Aljub with Terrace & Garden View

Finca Filicumis has five apartments, one of them is Apartment S'Aljub with views over the terraced banks with a private, south facing patio. There is a large living/dining area and a fully euipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom and the other a double with ensuite toilet which is located in the loft above the main living room. It sleeps four and an extra children’s bed can be supplied upon request. It covers 75m2m has its own outdoor entrance and a private balcony of around 50m2, shaded with a pergola. There is also free access to a communal outdoor swimming pool. Free parking available on request. It is fully equipped so you can enjoy your holiday in total comfort.

There is a BBQ area near the main house along with the pool in one of the most stunning settings in Mallorca. The sounds of the animals and work on the farm blend in with the tranquility and silence that surround the house.

The finca is located in the Serra de la Tramuntana mountains, very close to one of the most popular meeting points for excursions: Tossals Verds. Lloseta is the closest town to Filicumís three kilometres away. In Lloseta you can stock up on any supplies you need, and you’ll also find prestigious buildings like Teixits Riera, a factory and shop producing traditional Mallorcan textiles, Bestard’s famous mountain boots, and excellent restaurants serving traditional food. In the surrounding areas you can visit well-known cellars like Selva, Caimari, Mancor, Alaró or Binissalem offering a variety of foods. You can also tour wine cellars with products from designation of origin. Alaró is a beautiful town, dominated by the presence of the Penyal d’Alaró with the remains of a medieval castle. Just 10 minutes from the finca is one of the most important towns on the Island, Inca, which has a great tradition of shoe making and boasts the coveted Camper shop. Caimari, Mancor de la Vall and Selva are all picturesque neighboring villages which can be found along the route to the Lluc Monastery.
