Location gîtes et cottages à Llandovery

« Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. « Accommodation excellent, hosts amazing. Not much in the village, pub closed during week, nearest shop 10 minute drive.Expected the garden to be at back of property, which it wasn't.. It was shared with owners who live next door, which meant you had to leave the property to access it.Note for people with dogs.Owners ask that pets are not left in the property unattended. Might be an issue for some people if they want to pop to pub for a meal or drink without pets.Overall we had a lovely time...

« Really fantastic and well furnished cottage. The location is great with 2 pubs within a 3 minute walk. The BBQ hut and outdoor seating is perfect and the kitchen had basics available like fruit teas, oil, salt, pepper ect. The only reason for no 5 stars is the bed in the second bedroom is a small double/large single and not big enough for 2 adults. There is also no gate on the front garden seating area which meets directly to the road, so inappropriate for dogs. I would however stay again...

« We had a 2 night stay at mountain view myself my wife and our puppy Labrador. Cleanliness very good and location not far from the town. The enclosed garden was one of the things we appreciated the most as it was safe for the dog with plenty of room for her to run around and exercise. Location was very picturesque, hot tub very welcome too and would definitely visit again. »
