Our apartment is designed to let you enjoy the Mediterranean in a spacious, peaceful, and bright setting. Located in a quiet area of Llançà, near Grifeu and just a stone’s throw from the sea, it stands out especially for its large terrace that opens onto the landscape and offers views of Cap de Creus.



The feeling of spaciousness and light will accompany you throughout your stay. Natural light streams in throughout the day, creating a serene, warm, and pleasant atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors. The apartment has been recently renovated in a simple and refined Mediterranean style, combining natural materials, soft tones, and functional spaces designed for sharing moments.



One of the highlights is, without a doubt, the terrace. Having breakfast with a view of the sea, reading at sunset, or simply gazing at the landscape and the changing light of Cap de Creus are all part of the experience. The apartment features three double bedrooms and spacious, comfortable living areas.



The location offers easy access to small coves, coastal trails, and some of the most authentic spots in Cap de Creus. Nearby, you’ll find excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood and Mediterranean cuisine, the beautiful coastal walk to Cala Bramant, and the iconic monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes.
