'We arrived and were given a room reeking of caustic insect killer. We complained and were shown two additional rooms that stank of chemicals. The check in desk clerk claimed, multiple times, that the cleaning staff sprayed fragrance and that she had no knowledge of anyone on staff spraying chemical in any of the rooms.
