'Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. 'We had a wonderful stay at Casa Panoramica. The name of the house is very true: the view on Tuscany from the house is overwhelmingly beautiful. The house is relatively small but perfect for four people and has everything one needs during a fortnight stay. Marica and Luca were very generous and helpful hosts. 'Es war genau das was wir wollten, ursprünglich ein bisschen abgeschieden. Wir würden sehr freundlich von allen empfangen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant gleich in der Nähe. Gerne immer wieder.'

'Fantastische plek, sfeervol huis, fijne bedden, schoon en compleet. Prachtige plek op een heuvel met ver uitzicht. Fijn zwembad, veel fijne restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten rijden, en in het huis koken kon ook prima. Lucca en Pisa dichtbij, mooie omgeving. Sympathieke en warme ontvangst, prettige en snelle communicatie.'

'wir verbrachten 12 Tage als Familie bei Filiberto und Anna Maria und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und geräumig. die Küche ist zwar etwas spärlich ausgestattet ( Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Pfeffer,Salz, Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle sollte man mitnehmen) aber im Grunde genommen hat man alles was man braucht. und wenn was fehlt wie z.B. Wasserkocher, dann einfach nachfragen, Filiberto und Anna Maria sind total...

'Dit jaar zijn we met vakantie naar Chianni in Toscane gegaan. In twee verschillende appartementen. Het eerste waar ik nu over schrijf is appartement Teatro. Het is een mooi, ruim appartement, met een mooi terras. Het appartement is mooi klasdiek ingericht. Het is denk ik 4 jaar geleden verbouwd of gerenoveerd. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, twee mooie badkamers. De keuken is vrijwel nieuw, alle spullen die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig. De bedden zijn prima, evenals de douches met een krachtige straal....

'Heel vriendelijk en netjes ontvangen. Hele nette en mooie accommodatie. Ze hebben veel zorg besteed aan het appartement. Jammer dat je niet een kopje koffie of thee kan zetten in het appartement. Het ontbijt is goed en voldoende. Het ligt op een industrieterrein in Pisa maar je staat binnen 15 minuten bij de de Toren, de Basiliek en de Cathedraal. '
