Flats in Liverpool

'They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. Terrible and misleading'

'Great property and location.'

'The unit was clean and spacious. A few things, the third bedroom should be listed as a loft. Also, maybe extra batteries, could not use the TV due to lack of batteries. Everything else was great. Host was wonderful when my husband left something and we were able to go back & get it 2 weeks later.'
