« Overall great place and great location. The floors were a little dirty and still wet when we arrived 30 min after 4. Only 2 towels.. Backyard advertised is shared with other tenants. »

« Such a perfect spot, welcoming, well kept, quiet, and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend it will definitely go back. »

« Perfect for a short stay! Quiet and very clean rooms with beautiful appointments. »

« Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. »

« Wonderful suite, very well kept, and check in and out was easy »

« A nice chill spot at the swimming pool! I spent hours lounging around, soaking up the sun, and it was just what I needed. »

« The location was great. Hot tub was very nice. It was a nice space. It is a basement unit which was not clear from posting. Also, since it is a basement unit it was quite loud. You could hear whenever anyone walked or did anything above. »

« Negatives: had to buy toilet paper, tissue. 3 people and two hand, face towels. No kitchen hand towel. Positive: nice beds, tv, location. Nice stay, basically equipped. »

« Very nice place and clean! Bar next door had great food also »

« Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and museums in Old Town Fort Collins.Great attention to essentials like darkening shades, quality bed and linens as well as details like a garbage and recycling bins and lots of places to plug in one's devices and a tiny box of locally made truffles.Welcoming suggestions about how to get the most out of one's stay.Wish we could have stayed longer »

« The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy. »

« We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great. »

« Our host, Basil, was very easy to communicate with. He provided very quick responses to questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable and welcoming. Would consider renting again if we make it back to Ft. Collins. »

« This house on mountain was wonderful. Loved sitting and drinking my coffee on the couch looking out at the street in the morning. We walked everywhere. So close to trail and old town with all the shops and restaurants. If we are ever back in Fort Collins we will definitely stay here. »

« Location was great. The apartment was small but ok for one person. The shower was small as was the bathroom. The kitchen was hood with an efficient gas stove. For me it was good spot. »
