'this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.'

'The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.'

'When I checked in we noticed hair on the sink, tub soap tray, and on the kleenex dispenser. The roof leaked causing the floor carpet on the side of the bed to be wet. I was sitting on the edge of the bed and my family noticed I had a pile of hair on my foot that came from walking back and forth on the carpet. They said our room would be cleaned day 3 and it wasn't done. When we asked the desk they said we put the do not disturb sign on our door and 3 managers checked. This was a lie and we gave...
