The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once. When I asked the front desk (very rude) they said we were supposed to call to request. Funny, we hadn't done so on the day they actually cleaned. We were also locked out of our...

'The people at the front desk were great during check in. The breakfast was run well. The hotel itself was very run down looking as well as the elevator, noisy air conditioner and ice machines. Other than that, the beds were super comfortable and our stay was pleasant.'
