De verlammen deden het niet ( zaten geen lampen in), de kamer was erg warm, veel overlast van bruiloftsgasten, plakkerige vieze vloer in de brasserie. Kinderbed was vergeten, maar dit werd daarna wel snel opgelost. Prachtig zwembad en mooi hotel, maar de sterren (en prijs) op deze manier niet waard.

Good option
No airco and the room was very warm, although it was 15c outside only. The room itself was very comfy. Great English style breakfast. Friendly staff. WiFi is okay if you need to work, like me.

Makkelijk bereikbaar. Wel wat ver van de stad.
Het hotel is gericht op zakelijke gasten. Het ligt wat ver van de stad zelf, je hebt dus wel een auto nodig.

Always a lovely stay over the years . However I feel standards have dropped. I experienced unacceptable noise levels and disturbance outside my room in the early hours of a Sunday morning . Not addressed by staff even though on first floor. Also room not cleaned with sign on door from 11am. Hoping for a better stay next time .

Excelente precio calidad, el personal muy atento y el desayuno perfecto. Solo tendrían que ver la temperatura de las habitaciones ya que tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta porque hacía mucho calor.

Cold, unprovided for, dirtiness and lack of privac
For the fact that we paid €120, this seems like we were given the last possible option, the worst room they had left, that couldn't be given for anyone else. since we came in after 11pm. It was very cold. The radiator doesn't work. The air heating system hadn't been on. I only worked out how to use it about 3am. There's no instructions. The free standing small oil filled radiator was not at all enough to warm this large room. The room is on the zero floor and so cannot open the curtains at all in the morning because it opens directly onto the car park s no privacy. I was so cold after being caught in the rain on the way there. So I wanted a bath and that was also why we paid more for an executive room. But the normal plug system was broken. I've put it in but since it was broken, I couldn't get it out and the water was stuck in bath,so couldn't get a shower this morning. Only one dressing gown and slippers when there should be one for each of us. The one dressing gown seemed old and was stained with poop& blood colour. No attention to detail has been paid. There wasn't a milk pod for the coffee machine, just coffee pods. When I came to reception to check-in, I wanted to claim points on my hotels.com app. But the attendant seemed to rush the situation and said we should do that in the morning. I believe it must be done before check-in and I was wanting his help with it. Last time I stayed a cleaner walked in on a private moment about 10am though checkout was 12pm.

Pretty great, Spa services not open too late
Good. Pretty great actually. I was given a free upgrade very easily just by asking. I was delighted with the room. Also staff and service this was very nice. Very comfy bed, good services, not too loud, cleanliness pretty good . It was unfortunate I couldn't use the swimming pool after Hours, it could be open till midnight? and spa services were closed by the time I arrived that evening, (I would like them to see them going on later). On ringing room service I found there was more on the menu than was written to be the case on the menu. Although one staff member misinformed me a little about there being no open takeaways nearby. Maybe I missed out on one that was open because she said there wasn't any. I wasn't informed by bar staff that room service was provided so late in the night. Nonetheless I managed to get dinner from room service eventually and cheaper things were available on the menu then I had thought. I was only one bottle of water left in the room and I didn't no if I could drink the tap water .Probably I would like to see the front desk open all evening to buy hot chocolate or get drinks etc, and the reception open 24

Superior king room ...Coffee machine not working, bathroom ventilation not working, air con not working, heating not working (we are not feeling well after a cold night), access room at 16:30, no shower gel, no requested toothbrush and toothpaste, short time to enjoy spa and pool, staff speaking just english. Rude lady deputy manager. General manager not on duty and not answering my email.

If you're a heavy sleeper you'll be fine. I'm not and I had a room with an adjoining door and could hear every word that was said. A special mention (and a BIG thank you) to Carlos, on reception, who was able to find me another room without an adjoining door. I slept so well.

At first glance the hotel is modern and efficiently run. The problem is the heating. Our room was quite cold . The radiator didn’t work and all the hotel could offer was a small plug in radiator which helped to reduce but not eliminate the cold room. Management need to fix this. We were not alone in this experience. It seems some rooms are affected more than others.

This is a most unsatisfactory hotel - we booked two rooms with twin beds in each but were allocated double beds and when apparently sorted out we found it wasn’t and had to wait again. The carpets in main areas are dirty and the rooms not sufficiently clean. I have a photo of the mould in the shower. Staff were either inept or surly - at breakfast the only table available was uncleared and we waited elsewhere to eat and then asked to move to the new table mid eating. All in all not to be recommended especially at this pricing.
