She was helpful when I accidentally booked the room twice on VRBO and helped me get the refund. It would have been nice to have been greeted in person when we arrived. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had.
