The spacious dining area is perfectly integrated into the living room, making it easy to gather the family around the table for pleasant dinners, while enjoying the abundant natural light that harmoniously illuminates the entire area throughout the day.

The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic pots and crockery, the kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a practical washing machine, providing all the essential equipment to help with your daily routine.

The sleeping area consists of two independent bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious, features a serene green-toned wall and is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom, perfect for accommodating friends or children, has two comfortable single beds, a desk and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has a lift, with only four steps included in the access to the apartment.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Just steps away, the imposing Parque Eduardo VII invites you for relaxing walks, culminating in the famous viewpoint offering one of the most breathtaking views over the city and the Tagus river. The area is served by excellent shops (including the iconic El Corte Inglés), renowned restaurants and unmissable cultural spaces, such as the beautiful gardens and museums of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

Despite being steeped in this refined residential atmosphere, the proximity to Lisbon's historic centre is exceptional. The walk down to Baixa is an attraction in itself: simply stroll down the iconic, tree-lined Avenida da Liberdade, famous for its luxury shops, theatres and traditional kiosks, to quickly reach Rossio and Restauradores squares. In minutes (on foot or using the excellent nearby metro), you will be at the tourist epicentre of the capital, ready to explore the bohemian life of Chiado and Bairro Alto, the mysticism of Alfama, or the grandeur of Praça do Comércio by the river.

As well as being a luxurious base for discovering the capital, this central location serves as the ideal strategic starting point for exploring the region's greatest wonders. Thanks to excellent road access and proximity to major transport hubs (such as the train and bus stations at Sete Rios, Marquês de Pombal and Rossio), your day trips will be incredibly easy to plan. Embark on a picturesque journey to be dazzled by the romantic palaces and mystical hills of Sintra (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), or follow the stunning coastline for a day of beach, fresh seafood and sunshine in the elegant town of Cascais. With the main motorways on your doorstep, you can also set off to discover the medieval village of Óbidos to the north, or plunge into the crystal-clear waters of the stunning Serra da Arrábida to the south!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

By metro, the nearest stations are Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines) and Rato (Yellow Line), both a short walk from the property, with fast connections across the entire city of Lisbon.

By bus, several lines serve the area, offering convenient connections throughout the city of Lisbon.

By car, the property has easy access to the main roads in the city.

Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy with a limit of €80 will be applied.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Parking: Paid parking available in the area.
