Property needed some love and car. For example property needed paint, couch was held up by books, the blinds were coming apart but the beds were the most comfortable I've slept in.

Wonderful location

This place is in the heart of the beautiful Lisbon architecture and as well there is convenience stores, bars and restaurants right outside of the door. It was very helpful because my bag was lost and I was able to access toiletries just a short walk away. When I walked into the apartment it felt very hot but then the air conditioning turned out to work well it just takes some time to cool the place down. Over all it was a lovely and cute place and felt sort of like a little cabin.

Location, location, location, but…

The location of this property is terrific, so close to the action in Alfama, a great coffee place, the tram, a restaurant just steps away. Little noise level. However, the property needs maintenance and upkeep.

There were some hiccoughs!

Property is charming—a lovely blend of vintage decor and sleek design encased in a very ancient building! Continual issues with locking system (Smart Phone access was offline for entire stay) and someone had to come out and adjust the manual system when I was locked out. Need to inform guests that the Sao Vincent hotel has late evening dining and music nightly—-I found it rather charming, but not everyone would appreciate it! Also none of the beds had either a blanket, spread or duvet. This may have been related to the big blue bag of dirty laundry at the bottom of the staircase in front of the front door. Throughout my stay. Finally, when I requested access for an hour or two after the usual checkout (listing states let us know if you need to be accommodated) I was told no; that a cleaning crew would need to be there. Well, that didn’t happen. I sat on my suitcase for two hours waiting for my airport pickup and no cleaning crew arrived.

Tutto bene ma mancava qualcosa

Appartamento è bello e posizionato nel caratteristico quartiere di alfama. Vicino ci sono ristorantini e minimarket grande quantità, vicino alla fermata del famoso tram 28E. Purtroppo mancavano le lenzuola e la biancheria della divano letto, mancavano inoltre tazzine per il caffè e lo stappa bottiglie.

Hätte schön werden können, mieserabler Kundendienst

Die Wohnung entspricht fast den Bilder. Hat eines gewissen Charme, Fenster eher unpraktisch zu öffnen. War eine massive Enttäuschung. Kloaken Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, der wirklich ekelhaft war. Fensterscheiben zur Strasse so dreckig das man kaum durchgucken kann. Beim Check in dann Herd kaputt, Vertreter der Agentur verspricht Reparatur und war nie wieder gesehen, Nach mehreren Rückrufen keine Reaktion auf Beschwerde noch Reparatur. Grundsätzlich kann ich von dieser Wohnung und Agentur nur abraten.

Un très joli appartement qui ne sent hélas pas la rose!

Ce logement est bien situé dans une rue très calme et face à un très bon petit restaurant (qui a le sens de l'accueil et que l'on recommande chaleureusement). Les photos ne mentent pas, il est lumineux, décoré avec goût et très propre mais il vaut cependant mieux le voir en photo car, après avoir attendu quelques 45 mn (et selon les dires de voisins, cela peut aller jusqu'à 1h30) dans la rue que l'on vienne nous porter les clés , lorsque nous y sommes entrés l'odeur forte d'égouts ne nous a pas échappé! Cette odeur n'était pas due à un manque d'aération comme on nous l'a dit mais bien à un problème de ventilation dans la salle de bain car l'appartement a empesté tout le séjour et l'odeur était vraiment dérangeante. Un désagrément de taille impossible à ignorer. Nous avons envoyé un message au propriétaire, message resté sans réponse.
