The apartment is located in the historic centre of Cascais, offering picturesque sea views. A few steps from gardens, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarkets, bars and the beach and with stunning views over Cascais Bay and the sea.



With a magnificent and spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, this property invites you to relax, savour wine and enjoy the view, the sun and the birdsong. This fully equipped two-bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and a complete bathroom, allows you to spend time with family or friends. You will love staying here, taking advantage of everything this village has to offer.



Strolling through the picturesque Cascais; spending time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visiting its fortress, palaces and museums; dining outdoors on the famous Yellow Street or enjoying the various shops, bars and restaurants of the Marina; Cascais has so much to offer that you will wish to stay longer.



You can enjoy all of this without the need for a car and note that our apartment is just five minutes from transport options that will quickly take you to explore the charming historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, the most famous beach in Cascais and part of the Sintra Natural Park. Regardless of the chosen mode of transport, you will be conveniently close to Cascais train station, bus stops and taxi ranks.



Composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, living room with fireplace, sofa bed and dining table, 1 complete bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with sea view. Step out onto the furnished balcony with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a meal or breakfast with a fantastic view of the historic centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.



Located next to one of the yellow streets, you will find a vast array of restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. As it is a tourist area, there is some noise coming from the surrounding bars.



By the end of February 2026, the exterior painting of the building where our apartment is located will be carried out.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to their wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact during check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to help. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfer, babysitter, chef services and organisation of tourist tours, among others.

Late check-in (after 8 pm - £30; after 10 pm - £50)

Early check-in (between 10:30 am and 12 pm - £50; between 12 pm and 3 pm - £30)

Late check-out (after 12 pm — £30; after 3 pm — £50; after 5 pm — Night rate)

Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the announced final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, an intermediate cleaning is not legally required, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory, carried out by our service providers, and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity, and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is charged by the municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The amount is 4 euros per night and per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.



If pets are allowed, guests will be responsible not only for complying with the condominium rules, but also for the good preservation of the property and for any damage caused by the animals during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or faeces odours, scratches or deterioration of wood and paintwork, etc.).
