The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Set in the modern Parque das Nações district of Lisbon, this area contrasts with the city’s historic neighbourhoods. Known for its contemporary architecture and wide, scenic promenades along the Tagus River, it's a favourite spot for leisurely walks, cycling, and waterfront dining. Attractions like the Oceanário de Lisboa and the futuristic Gare do Oriente station are just minutes away, making it a convenient and visually engaging place to explore.

The surrounding area is filled with green spaces, public art, and family-friendly attractions, making it an excellent base for both relaxation and discovery. With a range of restaurants, shops, and cultural venues nearby — including the Knowledge Pavilion and the Vasco da Gama shopping centre — visitors can enjoy a dynamic and comfortable stay with easy access to modern Lisbon and the city’s historic core.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Hosp. Descobertas, is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
