The neighborhood is a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance to the vibrant Cascais Marina and the historic town center, where you’ll find cobblestone streets, boutique shops, and delightful cafés.

Just a short walk to Cascais Beach, you’ll have easy access to stunning views and a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, surfing, and strolling along the promenade. Guests can access the apartment easily and independently using a key box. There’s no need for in-person interaction upon arrival.

Once inside, you’ll find multiple keys available for your group to use during your stay. The entire apartment is exclusively for you, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your visit.

As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and airy living space, featuring plush furnishings and a cozy seating area, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-quality appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals or quick snacks perfect for families, couples, or friends.

Retreat to the three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two of which have a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom being on the 3rd floor with 2 single beds and a double bed, on the ground level there's also a large double sleeper couch ensuring a restful night’s sleep for up to 10 guests. The bathroom, featuring a shower, allows everyone to start the day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

There is also a third floor with two single beds that can be used if this has interest, please ask Christopher on details regarding this floor.

For those who need to stay connected, complimentary Wi-Fi is available, letting you share your vacation moments or catch up on work. Electric radiators ensure that the apartment stays cozy year-round, no matter the season.

We provide portable air conditioners in each bedroom to help keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. We also supply fans for additional airflow and comfort throughout the apartment.
Please note that in bedrooms without windows, a portable AC may not perform efficiently because it requires proper ventilation. In those rooms, we provide a high-quality air cooler or fan instead, ensuring every guest has a comfortable sleeping environment. We always equip each room with the cooling solution that works best for its layout, so you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

The Cascais Train Station is just a short walk away, offering direct and scenic train rides to Lisbon in about 40 minutes, making it perfect for day trips to the capital. Sleeping Arrangements
The house can sleep up to 10 people. To accommodate larger groups, guests will need to use the sleeper couch on the ground floor, and two people will need to share the second sleeper couch on the upper level.

Currently, the home has one full bathroom located upstairs.

Cooling & Heating
Each bedrooms equipped with Mobile AC units to help keep you cool during warmer days. Fans are available in every room, and heaters are also provided to ensure a cozy atmosphere during cooler months. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning, but the provided units and fans offer effective temperature control.

This is a typical Portuguese rustic-style home, full of charm and character. Guests should not expect a brand-new or ultra-modern property, but rather a warm, lived-in space that reflects the local culture and lifestyle.

The height of the top floor/3rd floor is not much, you can only stand there. Also there is one bathroom, so we recommend 5 people stay there, but 10 people can also stay.
