« Very comfortable stay. Quiet and clean room; very comfortable bed. I slept well. »

« AC didn't work, was told by the staff to remove the toilet lid just to flush the toilet, and found a listening device under the bed. »

« Everything was just ok. There was an issue with the elevator door. It worked but was slow to open and made strange sounds. We took the stairs most of the time. Breakfast was good- pretty typical. I don’t think we would stop here again. »

« The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning. »

« The beds were very comfortable, that was the best part. The keys to the room did not work so they switched us to another room. The toilet was very dirty!!! The air conditioning was sub par and the WiFi was not working, would not let me log on. The staff lady was nice. »

« The hotel (Mount Vernon Hotel and Event Center - no longer exists under this name) has changed management and did not allow us to stay. They said they could see our reservation and were willing to cancel it, but it was booked under a previous management and they did not allow any pets, so we could not stay with our dog. They said they credited out account, but I am still being charged the full amount by Expedia and it is, so far, very difficult to contact Expedia for a credit. We ended up...
