Village of Loon Townhouse AC Pool Internet Panoramic Views No Entry Level Steps

Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

The host is extremely helpful and communicates very well! The bedrooms and loft set up is perfect for our family. The view of Loon Mountain is amazing. Very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend as long as you don’t book days that I want because we will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic stay! Beautiful condo with plenty of space for all five of us. Cozy and exceptionally clean. Plenty of space for snow boots and winter coats in the entryway. Beds for everyone which the mattresses were pretty good. No one complained about their sleep. Our teenagers loved the loft. Best view of Loon Mountain from the living room window. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Appliances were very clean. The neighbors have a bird feeder and we all enjoyed seeing the different types of birds stopping by. Our hosts were great, prompt with replies and what do ya know, from our home state! We will be back!

Communications could not have been better with the owners. The place was great for 4 adults. There is also a very cool loft bedroom that we think kids would love.Although we ate most meals out, the kitchen was very well stocked with whatever we needed.Beautiful views of Loon Mountain from the deck, master BR and living room.There is a TON to do in the area, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities.We didn't need heat or A/C during our stay, so no comment on them.Internet access was easy with fast service.A great place to stay.

Wonderful Hosts/Great space

My family (wife, two kids). Had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old as they loved sleeping in the loft and having essentially 4 floor to play on. We were pleasantly surprised to see the two bedrooms were in their own spaces so we could mix up sleeping arrangements (if kids were distracted by each other). The view from the deck was fantastic. And above all the hosts were amazing! Checking in to see if we were all set and sent details about the property that left no guess work. These are very nice people!

Lovely appointed condo - very cozy yet lots of space to spread out. On a rainy day, you can still enjoy the mountains with excellent views from the living room. Perfect location for hiking locally. There's even a hike that begins within the complex. We used it as home base for hikes to Lonesome Lake, Aratruthsa Falls, the Basin and Cascade trail and a visit to the Flume.

We Always Have A Great Stay!

This is our.....fourth stay? at Jeff's place. We absolutely love it every time. If you haven't been yet, you'll be blown away by the views of Loon from North Peak all the way over to South Peak. The pictures posted do not do the actual view justice. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. A short 25 yard walk to the Bus stop gets you to the base lodge in about 5 minutes. We love it and can't wait to go back again. Thank you Jeff!

Christmas Kickoff Weekend

Great location. Kicked off my families Christmas season with a train ride to Santa followed up by a tree lighting in Waterville Valley (30 min ride). Jeff was great to deal with, let us know we could get there early if we wanted on check in day and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going well!
