Perfect for our family
We were in Lincoln for our son's college graduation. This cute little house had everything we needed for our multi-generation family. The outdoor playset and variety of toys were a BIG HIT for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we have an overnight stay in Lincoln.

Great stay
Easily one of the cleanest and best-stocked homes we've stayed in. There was no cable the entire time we were there, so relaxing at night was a little stunted. But all in all, a great place to stay, and the host did a fantastic job preparing it for us.

Hi Brett! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall. While I knew Spectrum had had some downtime, I wasn't aware the cable was out for the entire stay. I will be sure to go and check to see if there is a connection issue with the equipment. Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention.

Even better than described!
This home was spotlessly clean, well-supplied, and very comfortable. My husband, our 2 adult daughters and I were in town for a family funeral. The home was so conveniently located to primary highways that we could get to all of the venues easily but was in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic noises. My favorite feature of the home was the spacious sunroom where we could enjoy peaceful morning coffee or a night cap after a long day. Five stars!

Great stay, especially for Christmas!
OK, how many places have an appointed Christmas tree all set up for Christmas! And a fireplace to turn on with a press of a remote?! (It didn't hurt that we had a Christmas morning snowfall to boot.) But seriously, this place has everything you'll need and lives up to its billing.

Thanksgiving Family Stay
We stayed over Thanksgiving with our college age kiddos. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The glass dining room is perfect for games and family meals! It’s a straight shot and about 15 minutes to downtown Lincoln. Perfect for what we needed.

50th Bday Friends Weekend
Absolutely fantastic in every way!! 10 stars!! The home was clean and perfect... from the solarium where we all ate breakfast, to the cozy fireplace in living room, to the awesome backyard! Also, an easy Uber ride into the the downtown! Cassie was wonderful to work with, super communication and very helpful!! Family weekend trip
Great location for a Husker game. Would recommend schedule rideshare as the wait times for the residential neighborhood are long. House and host was perfect for extended family. Would definitely recommend if two separate living spaces are needed as was our case. Having an upstairs and downstairs bedroom(s) and bathrooms give everyone plenty of privacy.

The house was great! There were only 3 of us but it would truly sleep 10 easily. Plenty of room, nice yard, and very clean. Took a bit longer to get to campus then I had assumed but that is me not knowing the area. It was a nice neighborhood and had everything we needed.

The best family reunion ever

A Lovely Stay
We were in Lincoln for a family wedding and this home was just right for our family of 5 adults. It was in a good location and the house was clean and well-equipped. The family-focused neighborhood was peaceful. AC worked great and we used the washer and dryer without difficulty. We had one minor maintenance issue that was resolved right away by the homeowner. I highly recommend this property.

Second stay as good as the first
Our family of seven has now stayed twice in this property. The house is impeccably clean, roomy, and has easy access from I-80. Check-in and out is a breeze, and communication with the host is quick and friendly. Though we don't have young children anymore, it would be great for kiddos. There's a portable crib, a few toys and crayons, baby dishes, and a swingset.

This property was great for our large family. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space, very clean, and very affordable. Would be great for families with young children as well with toys downstairs and a swingset in the lovely backyard. Owners respond quickly and check-in was a breeze.

It Has A Sunroom!
While the entire house was nice, roomy and comfortable, I loved the sunroom. It was large, bright, well furnished and we used it all the time. It had views of the lovely yard and greenway. We also loved that it had a sister house (that my sister rented for her family) so that they were right next door!

Wonderful spot for Campus tour
This location is great if you are needing something close to campus, but far enough to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. House is beautiful and has all the right amenities. Super clean, super quiet, and super spacious! Even our future Husker thought the house was "cool". Check-in/out is super easy and the house security makes you feel safe in a unknown area. Highly recommended - 5 stars! :-)

Everything was EXCELLENT!!
We would definitely stay here again. We were in town for a week for our daughter's wedding. The location was excellent and it was so easy to get to all the events that were scattered around town. The house is spacious, very comfortable and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Very much a "home away from home" feeling. We ended up not doing much cooking, but most everything we might have needed was in the kitchen. The back yard and sun room are especially lovely and were great for an impromptu get together of the the wedding party one morning for coffee. So very much nicer and more relaxing than staying in a hotel.
