'My stay at this hotel was wonderful! We had a great time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms could use a little updating. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.'

'I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. Thank you!'

'Unfortunately due to unforeseen AC problems, we were downgraded from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa. They were able to also get us a bedroom in the hotel to accommodate our other guests - which on 4th of July weekend was awesome. The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made due with what we had. Outside of those things, we had an awesome time. The food, the pool, the lagoon - great!'
