The property is located approx. 350 m from the beach, 250 m from the city center and has a breathtaking terrace view.

Set on the side of the Darsena it comes with a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and a large private terrace sea view.

It's equipped with satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private parking.

The parking is 300 meters from the residence.

*late check-in until 23:00 only on request. After 23:00, check-in is not allowed.

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. Please note that during the Pentecost period (from 06/06 to 09/06), the deposit will be 200eur per person. It will be returned at check-out following the apartment inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
