« Hotel is OK, but the rooms are very small and this is not mentioned in the booking area. You have only choice to book rooms with and without view outside, but the pictures on websites did not show the smallness of room. The Wifi is a disaster. No connection in rooms. »

« We were looking for a place to stay for a quick visit to Tacloban for a friend's wedding around the Palo area. Our key concern was the proximity since we didn't want to book anywhere too far. Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads. »

« A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located adjacent to San Juan's main street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so.
